Quality Manager

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Quality Manager in our aeronautics team.

As a Quality Manager at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.

Your responsibilities :

• You analyze and implement customers' contractual and technical requirements,
• You are responsible for the quality assurance plan and associated documents such as the qualification plan,
• You manage the progress of deliverables to ensure that the product meets customer requirements,
• You supports process managers in monitoring indicators, improvement actions and the achievement of objectives,
• You monitors and communicates quality performance,
• You organize and participate in external audits, certifications and customer visits,

Your profile :

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in quality,
• You have at least one experience in the aero sector (aerospace and aeronautics),
• You have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in an industrial environment,
• You have already managed quality or industrial projects.
• You have a good knowledge with the quality tools as 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, control/monitoring plan, First Article Inspection
• You are familiar with the EN9100 and the EASA PART 21G standard.
• Fluency in English is required,
