Job Description

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum

Employment type: Permanent

Hours per week: 37

Reporting into: Head of Quality (for Agents and Partnerships)

Department: Quality and Registry

This role operates primarily on a remote working arrangement that will require occasional travel into our Coventry Head Office twice a month.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Quality for Agents and Partnerships, you will be responsible for leading the due diligence process and ongoing monitoring of recruitment agents across all modes of study at the University. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring a high quality student experience via recruitment agents by effectively managing University processes and standards across internal and external stakeholders.

About You:

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Quality Officer for Agents who has good attention to detail as well as excellent time management.

Essential requirements:

  • Experience of working in a Higher Education/Further Education environment
  • Be able to handle a wide range of tasks relating to administration, research, assessment and analysis
  • Have a good knowledge of quality assurance
  • Have a good knowledge of National body guidance
  • Must know about UK regulatory requirements
