As a Quality Specialist, you will report to the Quality & Regulatory Affairs Manager Benelux and work closely with her to:

• Ensure traceability and handling of customer complaints and communication to production sites and other quality departments
• Propose corrective and preventive actions
• Monitor relevant indicators on the quality of our products and weekly reporting
• Follow the analysis of sensory evaluation grids and interpret the results
• Keep informed of developments in the field of sensory analysis techniques
• Ensure the communication of information
• Contribute to the optimization of work processes

When your EXPERTISE joins ours

Your profile:

• Master's degree in bioengineering
• Two years of experience is an asset and/or knowledge of the FMCG sector
• Bilingual FR/NL, with a good command of English
• Proficient in the Office suite (Word - Excel - PowerPoint) and eager to discover new tools
• You enjoy teamwork, are ambitious, precise, rigorous, with good interpersonal skills, and have a sense of organization and priority management
