The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering cost management services across a variety of infrastructure projects. Responsibilities will include:

1. Cost planning, estimating, and budget management

3. Contract administration and risk management
4. Value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
5. Client and stakeholder engagement

What They Are Looking For

1. Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the infrastructure sector (transport, utilities, energy, etc.)
2. Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge (NEC, JCT, or similar)
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
4. Relevant degree or professional qualifications (RICS, CIOB, or equivalent)
