Are you an experienced procurement professional with expertise in Real Estate and Facilities Management (FM) procurement? A leading professional services firm is seeking a Procurement Manager to join its renowned Real Estate Advisory team, delivering strategic transformation projects for global corporate and public sector clients.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work on some of the most complex and high-profile real estate and FM procurement initiatives, partnering with C-suite stakeholders and shaping the future of workplace strategies, supply chain models, and cost optimization programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Procurement Leadership: Lead procurement and supply chain transformation projects across Corporate Real Estate & FM, advising clients on category strategy, supplier engagement, and contract negotiations.
- Client Advisory & Project Delivery: Support large-scale procurement tenders and end-to-end sourcing strategies, helping clients optimize operational spend and real estate portfolios.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and HR Directors to align procurement and supply chain strategies with broader business objectives.
- Market & Commercial Insight: Provide insights into emerging trends in real estate procurement, supply chain efficiencies, and workplace transformation.
Desired Experience:
- Procurement & Supply Chain Expertise: Proven experience in Real Estate and FM procurement, either in consulting or industry.
- Strategic Sourcing & Category Management: Strong knowledge of FM outsourcing, supplier engagement, and procurement strategy development.
- Commercial Acumen: Ability to negotiate complex contracts and drive value across global real estate portfolios.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience engaging with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Professional Accreditation (Preferred): MRICS, CIPS, or equivalent qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
