Real Estate Counsel

Sacco Mann is proud to be working alongside the UK arm of a multinational organisation which has a highly regarded and visible In-house legal team soon looking to expand by recruiting a real estate solicitor to complement the existing team.

The Role

The position is still in a very early stage of discussion, but will require this person to work autonomously, offering the successful candidate the responsibility and accountability of being the main point of contact across the group in relation to property queries.

The portfolio is extremely varied and with some issues proving complex and touching on anything from leases to development to planning. Assistance will be available, but it's expected that this person will equally maintain relations with externals and co-ordinate with senior stakeholders, guaranteeing best service levels and accurate, up to date advice group wide.

The Person

We'd imagine this person is likely to have at least 3 years PQE in good quality commercial property law but most importantly, you'll have a client-facing, pragmatic and organised approach to the caseload. Those candidates with experience of/interest in transport, logistics or rail would be especially welcome to enquire.
