Job Description

The Real Estate Legal Director will deal with a range of work including:

  1. Managing and overseeing a variety of commercial property matters.
  2. Running your own caseload of work including development, L & T, and investment work.
  3. Providing expert legal advice to clients across a range of sectors from retail to logistics.
  4. Developing and maintaining client relationships.
  5. Ideally demonstrating some of your own contacts.
  6. Contributing to business development initiatives.
  7. Assisting in the development of junior team members.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Real Estate Legal Director should have:

  1. A track record in Real Estate gained from a leading firm.
  2. Likely to be around 8 years plus PQE.
  3. Thorough knowledge and understanding of commercial property law.
  4. Already be working as a Senior Associate or Director.
  5. Strong client relationship management abilities.
  6. The ability to work well in a team.
  7. Proven experience in business development initiatives.
