We are looking for our next colleague, and we are seeking a motivated professional eager to pick up the role of Recruiter and join the delivery team of our office in Brussels!

️The selected candidate will join a dynamic team of 8 recruiters, with different nationalities and backgrounds, and help us source the best candidates for a plethora of different roles such as administrative positions, commercial roles, technical designers, and telecom engineers.

️At a glance, here is the profile we are looking for:

• motivated professional with a previous experience in recruitment (min 6 months as internal TA, or recruitment consultant, recruitment intern etc) and interested in a career in the this industry
• proactive individual familiar with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn recruiter, Indeed, ICT Jobs, Monster, etc.)
• strong communicator in English, plus fluency in one of the national languages (French or Dutch)
• sales orientated individual comfortable with a target driven approach to daily activities
• proactive and self driven person who enjoys matching candidates to vacancies maintaining a team orientated approach.

️What we offer:

Full time contract, 40H/Week - open ended contact (CDI)

Hybrid working schedule - 3 days at the office + 2 days of remote work
