Job Description

Position: Recruitment Assistant Administrator

Location: London / Remote

Our client is looking for a Recruitment Assistant / Admin to support for an established team.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support to all recruitment enquiries, internally and externally
  • Interact with hiring managers, colleagues, and candidates daily
  • Keep policies and procedures up to date
  • Monitor holidays, absence, and lieu time
  • Arrange board meetings
Candidate Requirements
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong Excel and IT skills
  • Good team player and communicator
