About the roleThe Recruitment business partner reports directly to the Early Careers Manager. The purpose of this role is to lead the attraction, selection, and assessment process for our future Early Careers talent programmes, including Graduate, Apprentice, Industrial Placement, Power Academy, and EmployAbility Supported internships.
You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, working across NESO internally and with external providers to source the annual intake of roles required as per the business plan. This role is a maternity cover role on a 12-month Fixed term contract, based in Warwick, with hybrid working options available.
Key accountabilities- Delivering the annual attraction strategy to promote NESO as an early career's employer of choice, enhancing reach, social mobility, and representation in our pipelines.
- Managing the appointed 'Recruitment process outsource supplier' for campaign performance and management, through to internal candidate management.
- Leading the preparation and delivery of in-person Assessment Centres across the portfolio of programmes.
- Collaborating with Early Careers Specialists to build engaging job descriptions.
- Building and managing future candidate pipelines via 'register your interest' to enhance employer engagement.
- Working closely with our DEIB team to ensure our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible.
- Refreshing and managing the NESO Early Careers pages internally and externally.
- Managing the Early Careers attraction and recruitment budget for effective use of spend.
We're looking for someone who has:
- A passion for developing future talent and helping to attract, assess, and select the next generation of energy professionals.
- Experience in Early Careers or emerging talent recruitment.
- A solid understanding of the wider early careers recruitment space.
- Strong organizational skills to support multiple programme deliverables.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
A competitive salary between £46,000 - £52,000pa, dependent on experience and capability. In addition, you will receive a bonus based on company performance, 26 days annual leave, and a competitive contributory pension scheme.
