Due to the huge success of our permanent Social Work division, we are looking for our next Consultant.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will learn key sales skills including New Business Development, Account Management, Fee Negotiation and Relationship Building. All we need is someone who enjoys winning, soaks up knowledge and training, enjoys pushing themselves out of their comfort zone, and believes in themselves. Being a Recruitment Consultant at Charles Hunter Associates offers you lucrative benefits as well as personal development and growth including:

• Starting salary up to £25,000
• Attractive working arrangement of 4 days in office, 1 work from home day (Wednesdays)
• Commission structure up to 25% of billings - OTE unlimited, realistic in Year 1 is £30,000 - £32,000
