They have a vacancy on a warm desk for an experienced recruiter to become a consultant joining their highly experienced team of professionals who provide a recruitment service to Commerce and Industry and Public Practice in both the Permanent and Interim markets. Job Role

• Build on existing client relationships whilst identifying new business opportunities
• Resource and interview candidates for the Financial sector
• Write job descriptions and adverts
• Provide a professional Recruitment service
• Run your desk to maximise its full potential

Person Specification

• Experienced recruiter preferably with experience of the Finance Sector, but not essential
• Sales Orientated with the desire and hunger to succeed
• Able to communicate effectively at Senior level
• IT proficient with the ability to manage Social Media effectively

Qualifications

Educated to A-level standard
