Location: Tunbridge Wells (Hybrid, but office-based 4 days per week)

The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant in our Legal Division, you will play a key role in connecting top legal talent with leading law firms. Depending on experience, you may start as a Delivery Consultant (focusing on candidate generation) or move straight into a 360-degree role, managing both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing, screening, and interviewing legal professionals.
2. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.
3. Managing the full recruitment process from initial contact to offer stage.
4. Proactively identifying new business opportunities and developing client relationships.
5. Writing job adverts and managing recruitment campaigns.
6. Providing market insights and career advice to candidates.
7. Working towards and exceeding targets with the opportunity to earn excellent commission.

Who We Are Looking For:
We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, but what matters most is your drive, ambition, and willingness to learn. You could be:

1. A recent graduate (ideally with a law degree) looking to start a career in recruitment.
2. A legal professional considering a move into recruitment.
