The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Edinburgh Office. This opportunity is to work within our successful and high-performing team in Edinburgh, with a stunning outlook onto Edinburgh Castle. As a specialist Consultant, you will manage your own business area, delivering first-class recruitment services to your customers.

• Part of a team who are driven to work hard but know when to have fun!
• Involved in Business Development / Sales to identify and secure new business and build relationships with clients.
• Identifying and building partnerships with candidates.
• Providing outstanding service delivery to your portfolio of established relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Sourcing new candidates and conducting thorough interviews.
• Generating commercial leads to develop your industry knowledge and identify new opportunities and/or candidates.
• Handling the full recruitment process - from shortlisting through to offering the successful candidate their new job.
