We currently have opportunities based at our Leicester office and invite applications from experienced Recruitment Consultants - particularly those with expertise in logistics, warehousing, or healthcare sectors.
Additionally, we welcome applications from professionals who can demonstrate success in a B2B environment, specialising in Sales or Customer Service/Account Handling.

THE ROLE:

Account Management:

  1. Developing strong relationships with all clients
  2. Providing unrivalled levels of customer service
  3. Communicating with customers regularly - creating staffing solutions, advising on market trends, troubleshooting, and discussing future requirements

Recruitment:

  1. Proactively sourcing new candidates using a variety of different methods
  2. Managing applications, ensuring that they comply with legislative guidelines
  3. Identifying and maximising work opportunities for applicants

Business Development:

  1. Creating, developing, and maintaining relationships with a variety of clients
  2. Securing new business using various Business Development techniques

Duration: This position is permanent and full time working directly for QS Recruitment.

Contract Type: Permanent

Hourly Rate: THE BENEFITS:
• We offer a starting basic salary of £27,500 to £32,000 dependent upon experience

Working Hours: You will be based in the office Monday to Friday, but you will also be required to take part in our out of hours on-call rota, a service that strengthens our position in that market as a leader in customer service.
