Recruitment Consultant Brighton, East Sussex Lennox Recruitment Ltd £28,000 - 40,000 - Annum

Lennox Recruitment is currently supporting a hugely successful, global recruitment agency, who are looking to expand their team of Consultants based in Brighton. Please see below:

Location: Brighton

Base Salary: £28-£40k

Commission: 10-25% (no threshold for the first 12 months)

Salary Acceleration Scheme: You move up salary bandings as you hit certain billing targets

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum of 6 months experience (must have been as a 360 consultant carrying out cold calling business development)
2. Any previous sector experience considered

Working Hours: 7am-4pm hours during term time (reducing to a 5 hour working day in school holidays)
