What you'll be doing:

1. Business development - Proactively identifying and securing new client opportunities through phone-based and face-to-face engagement.
2. Candidate sourcing & Management - Attracting top talent through job boards, social media, and networking.
3. Sales & Negotiation - Matching candidates with the right opportunities and closing deals.
4. Building Long Term Relationships - Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with clients and candidates.
5. Achieving & Exceeding Targets - Working towards individual and team performance targets.
