Established in 2019, NMR 360 is a specialist healthcare agency that provides permanent job placements for healthcare professionals. We primarily supply to the Private Sector, including Private Hospitals, Nursing Homes, and Care Homes across the UK.

We have an exciting opportunity for a 180 Recruitment Resourcer to join our passionate, supportive, and hard-working team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing, screening, and qualifying nurses and healthcare professionals for permanent roles.
2. Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
3. Managing candidate applications and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
4. Conducting telephone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
5. Managing and updating the internal database with accurate candidate information.
6. Liaising with recruitment consultants and team leaders to align candidates with suitable roles.
7. Supporting candidates through the compliance and onboarding process.
8. Keeping up to date with industry trends in the private nursing and healthcare sector.
9. Providing an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining regular communication and offering guidance.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

1. Have relevant experience in recruitment resourcing, preferably within nursing or healthcare.
2. Be confident, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Have an excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
4. Be target-driven and motivated by achieving KPIs.
5. Possess strong organisational and administrative skills.
6. Be eager to learn, develop, and progress within the recruitment industry.
