REF032 - Senior Test Analyst - Contract

Rate: £375pd (Inside IR35)

Duration: 3 months initially

Location: London/Milton Keynes (Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite)

Are you an experienced Senior Test Analyst with a knack for tackling complex integrated systems? At Ten10, we're a leading consultancy in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, RPA, and DevOps across the UK, and we're looking for someone like you to join us on an interim basis for an exciting project.

The Role as a Senior Test Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' systems meet the highest standards of quality. Whether working independently on smaller projects or as part of larger teams, you'll lead the testing process from start to finish. Your work will be central to delivering innovative software that works seamlessly and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Test Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts for System Integration Testing (SIT), with a strong focus on validating end-to-end functionality across multiple systems and environments.
• Device-Level Testing: Perform thorough physical device level testing, ensuring seamless interaction between software and hardware components.
• Azure Cloud Testing: Conduct functional and non-functional testing within Microsoft Azure environments, including services deployment, connectivity, and cloud-based infrastructure validation.
• Automation & Manual Testing: Apply both manual and automated testing techniques to ensure high-quality outcomes and complete coverage across diverse platforms.
• Reporting: Produce clear and concise test reports and final exit summaries that communicate outcomes and highlight key insights and recommendations.
• Collaboration: Liaise closely with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and verify integration points across systems.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while also being a strong team player. Here's what we'd love to see in your background:

Key Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with physical device level testing, including hardware-software integration scenarios.
• Proven expertise in System Integration Testing (SIT) for complex enterprise-grade systems.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud environments, including Azure DevOps, cloud-based services, and infrastructure testing.
• Familiarity with automation tools
• Technical understanding of Windows, UNIX, Citrix, Web services, APIs, Middleware, microservices, and database technologies (SQL, MS Access).
• Experience working within Waterfall methodologies (preferred over Agile for this role).

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Experience working for a logistics or supply-chain business.
• Previous experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
