I am currently recruiting a Regional Catering Manager for a boutique Contract Caterer who have recently joined the market and are already challenging the status quo. 1. A hands-on leader who isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in
2. Strong knowledge in the latest high street food trends
3. Fantastic people management skills, with an ability to form relationships at all levels from junior staff to senior stakeholders/clients
4. Mobilisation experience
