This exciting new role will strengthen the existing coaching capability within the Royal Naval Leadership Academy (RNLA) and extend the delivery of coaching qualifications for instructors.
As a Coaching Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering training to members of the Royal Navy, enabling them to implement coaching models or leadership development programs. This initiative aims to ensure a standardised approach to coaching and to enhance the 'force multiplier' effect by fostering trained coaches who can establish their own coaching networks as required.
There will be a requirement to deliver onsite training at establishments in the south region with occasional delivery in other regions.

What you will be doing:
- Delivering Level 3 & 5 CMI Coaching courses onsite at Royal Navy sites UK wide
- Pre and post course administration
- Supporting with positive retention activities
- Meeting with service personnel to support with goals
- Motivating, inspiring and supporting to achieve a high-quality learning environment which has a positive impact for learners
- Supporting with CPD activities
What we're looking for:
- Hold a CMI or ILM Level 5 Coaching qualification
- Hold teaching qualification of Level 3 AET or above
- Must be able to provide working examples of previous teaching experience
- Experience of successfully delivering training/briefing/coaching sessions to groups
- Strong MS Office skills
- Flexible with the ability to travel
- Must be able to be cleared to UK SC level
