Job Overview

As the Regional Marketing Manager UK&US at WithSecure, you will play a key role in driving strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, demand generation, and channel engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and effectively communicate the value proposition of our cybersecurity solutions together with our partners. This role requires a creative, eager and analytical thinker with a deep understanding of cybersecurity trends and the ability to adapt marketing strategies to and with different partners. This position reports to the Director of Regional Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Marketing Strategy:
    • Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive regional marketing plans to promote our cybersecurity products and services with our partners.
    • Channel Marketing: Lead strategic marketing programs with our partners across your region to drive engagement and revenue.
    • Content Creation: Collaborate with your marketing colleagues to create compelling messaging and content for various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email campaigns, websites, and events.
    • Sales Alignment: Work closely with local sales teams to create and execute successful programs and events.
    • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI on marketing investments.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Cross and upsell: Create and develop cross- and upsell campaigns to scale marketing effectiveness.
    • Event Management: Manage the company's presence at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to maximize brand exposure and lead
      generation opportunities.
    • Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and partner organizations to expand our reach.
  • Trend Monitoring & Adaptation:
    • Trends & Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in marketing, cybersecurity, and technology.
    • Regional Adaptation: Adapt global marketing strategies to fit different cultural nuances and regional preferences.
    • Competitive Edge: Maintain a competitive edge in the market through innovation and strategic planning

What are we looking for?

  • University degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Language skills: Professional level English.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing programs.
  • Ability to build and develop relationships with senior stakeholders like CMOs and business development executives at partners.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
