Salary up to £30,000 p.a. - dependent upon your skill set and experience!

Working Monday to Friday 0800hrs to 1600hrs (1/2 hr unpaid lunch)

What you will do

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Regional Planning Administrator to join our regional planning team at Volvo Trucks based in Enfield. The successful candidate will support regional planning processes, coordinate planning activities, and provide administrative assistance. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will liaise with customers, assist with planning maintenance and repairs, work closely with the Workshop team, and ensure customer expectations are managed effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as key customer contact and point of reference
  • Coordinate with workshop management to maximize capacity and utilization
  • Clarify repair basis for customers and workshop (Retail/Warranty/Contract)
  • Explain repair orders to customers and gain their agreement
  • Maintain customer contact information in relevant systems
  • Ensure resources are available in advance of scheduled work
  • Manage bookings for courtesy cars and monitor truck cases with customers and dealers
  • Liaise regarding vehicle alerts and campaigns
  • Specify work based on IMPACT content and convert to GDS quotes
  • Convert GDS quotes into repair orders and ensure proper coding

  • Background in administration or customer-focused roles
  • Ability to work independently or in a team
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Proficiency in IT
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive attitude and adaptability
