Regional Support Manager (RGN)

Stephen James Consulting are working with one of their not-for-profit elderly care providers, in the search for a Regional Support Manager (RGN) covering a portfolio of care homes.

This newly created role will primarily focus on supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes and financial performance in identified focus homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Regional Director of Care in achieving pre-agreed quality and business targets and KPIs.
• Supporting Registered Nursing Home Managers with the day-to-day running and development of their home.
• Interim management of a care home in the absence of a Registered Manager.
• Providing strong leadership skills to enhance clients' quality of life by identifying and reducing risks through conducting care audits and taking corrective action.
