Salary: £41,000 - £43,000

1. Lead & supervise a team of Residential & Senior Residential Support Workers
2. Support the Registered Manager in overseeing four residential homes
3. Provide a safe & nurturing environment for children with emotional & behavioural challenges
4. Collaborate with therapists, education specialists & multidisciplinary teams

1. Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare
2. Experience of working at least 2 out of the past 5 years in a children's home
3. Full UK driving licence (manual)
4. Hold a full clean DBS
5. Hold a UK Passport
6. Share Code for Right to Work (if you are not a British or EU passport holder)
