Registered Home Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Home Manager with 5 years' experience working under OFSTED regulations to join a well-established childcare provider.

This full-time, permanent role offers excellent benefits and a starting salary of £70,000 for a 40-hour work week.

As the Registered Home Manager, you will oversee all staff on site, including responsibilities such as employee scheduling, training, and personal development.

You will be responsible for:

1. Maintaining your OFSTED registration and ensuring adherence to OFSTED standards.
2. Organising and managing the home effectively, making independent decisions on referrals and placements.
3. Developing care plans for each young person, addressing their individual needs.
4. Monitoring and ensuring high standards of care in line with National Minimum Standards.
5. Consulting young people on the quality of care they receive.
6. Managing any complaints or safeguarding concerns.

What we are looking for:

1. Previously worked as a Registered Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager or in a similar role within a residential care setting.
2. At least 5 years' experience working under OFSTED regulations.
3. Level 5 in Leadership & Management or Level 4 in Residential Childcare.
4. Right to work in the UK.
