Registered Manager Children's Home

We are currently recruiting for a Children's Home Manager for a new children's home based in Leeds.
This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday - Friday.

The package on offer is top end market rate of up to £72,000.

• Manage the residential service, offering expert support to young people with EBD.
• Build and develop staff team.
• Manage residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders and Support Workers.
• Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards.
• Manage staff team within the service.
• Manage recruitment and staffing.
• Work with SMT to ensure the service implements company policies and procedures.
• Manage quality assurance.
• Manage budget.

• A competitive salary of up to £60,000.
• £5,000 in welcome bonuses.
• Up to 10% performance bonuses.

• Full UK driving licence.
• Completed Level 5 Residential Childcare.
• Experience within an EBD Setting.
• QCF 3 in Children and young people's workforce (children's social care pathway) or equivalent.
