SAP HCM Consultant - Polish Payroll
An exciting opportunity is available for an SAP HCM Consultant with expertise in Polish payroll to work on large-scale payroll implementations. This role focuses on delivering high-quality SAP Payroll (PY) solutions for enterprises with 10,000+ employees.
Role Overview:
- Analyze payroll and HR requirements to design SAP solutions.
- Develop and implement payroll processes within SAP HCM.
- Configure, optimize, and support SAP Payroll (PY) systems.
What's Required:
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP payroll implementations specific to Poland.
- Strong background in Time Management (TM) & Personnel Administration (PA).
- Basic understanding of Organizational Management (OM).
- Solid knowledge of Polish HR and legal regulations.
Technical Expertise:
- Practical experience with ABAP programming (beyond debugging).
- Deep knowledge of SAP Payroll (PY).
Soft Skills & Language Requirements:
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Polish language - C1 level.
- English - B2 level.
