Join our fun and dynamic team as a Remote Wealth Management Consultant!

In order to maintain and support the growth of Rhodes Wealth Management, we are currently looking to recruit a Remote Wealth Management Consultant to join our fun and dynamic Practice.

The highly motivated and driven candidate will join a respected Senior Partner Practice of St. James's Place and be given full support to achieve both individual and Practice goals. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain the high standards set within the Practice and demonstrate superior levels of both technical knowledge and client care.

This is an exciting new opportunity to work and learn from an experienced Adviser team whilst servicing and advising a loyal client bank. We will help you build and develop your skills in the financial services industry to set you up for the next step in your career. The role will be based at our beautiful barn conversion in Brailsford, Ashbourne, in a fun and flexible working environment. You will be given full back office and operational support designed to free you up to spend as much of your time as possible with your clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Provide professional, attentive and proficient advice to all clients
  2. Recommend the appropriate and relevant solutions to suit your client's needs
  3. Renew client relationships and support with missing advice gaps
  4. Willingness to travel as required (Although this will be limited due to the role being Remote)
  5. Ensure all regulatory documentation is completed in a compliant and timely manner
  6. Uphold the standards of service set by RWM and St. James's Place always

Your experience, skills and qualifications should include:

  1. Minimum Diploma Level 4
  2. Experience within the financial services industry and previously achieved Competent Adviser Status
  3. Ambitious, target driven and an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  4. The ability to communicate complex information clearly and simply
  5. Passionate about providing high quality client service
  6. Motivated to succeed and develop yourself and others within the RWM team
