Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain Service Catalogue - ensure catalogue is relevant and contains up to date information relevant to the reporting service
2. Follow the change governance framework: Co-ordinate and help run the small change and maintenance book of change for Reporting areas (specifically Client Reporting)
3. Acting as a proxy SME/Product Owner for reporting CTB projects
4. Collaborate on solution design
5. Provide QA of any new change to ensure ready for Production
6. Co-ordinate and run client and fund on-boarding processes where the requirements fall outside of the BAU operations teams' processes

What you'll do
Reporting to the Head of Reporting Services, the Business Analyst role will have a Business Analysis focus with a flexible mindset and work with all Reporting teams and key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of Reporting change and projects. The role will also be responsible for managing key stakeholder relationships across Client Group.

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

1. Stakeholder management

3. Technical product knowledge and able to discuss concepts with vendors and stakeholders
4. Operational background, preferably within client reporting
5. Experience of Microsoft applications
6. Experience of managing projects
7. Good problem-solving skills
8. Strong communication skills written, pictorial, presentational and verbal at all levels within the organisation
9. Experience of creating MI to report progress and capture business benefits
10. Able to prioritise and manage activities for the benefit of the business
11. Able to work under time pressure and handle a number of tasks at a time
12. Good at working in a team, and with other teams
13. Attention to detail
14. Able to adapt approach to different scenarios and responsibilities
15. Focused on clients, delivery and quality
16. Able to demonstrate initiative
17. Demonstrate an innovative mindset by generating ideas to leverage technology to improve processes and efficiencies
18. Ability to connect wider group and operations strategy to reporting service strategy

Discharge of responsibilities
The role holder shall ensure that all their responsibilities are performed to the highest levels of integrity, quality and transparency and in a manner most likely to promote the success of the Schroders Group.

Reporting Obligations
In discharging their responsibilities, the role holder shall ensure that Head of Reporting Services is made aware of any issues which the Business Analyst deems material.
