Amazon Studios Global Research Operations is seeking a Research Operations Manager, EU, to support our consumer insights growth.
Key job responsibilities
- Support programming, QA, sampling, and deployment tasks for surveys across multiple locales and languages
- Partner with Research Managers and Operations managers across global panels to support translation tasks and processes
- Develop a deep understanding of our partners' research needs and create impactful testing strategies
- Drive excellence in customer engagement and retention policies
About the team
The Amazon Studios Global Research Operations team:
- Develops secure, online survey testing strategies across 14 international panels
- Leads recruitment and customer engagement initiatives to retain high response rates
- Creates customer-obsessed solutions for testing strategies
- Develops visual reporting tools for cross-team stakeholders
- Partners with multiple teams to analyze customer data
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in professional non-internship marketing
- Experience using data and metrics to improve processes
- Proficiency with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables)
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and processes
