Role Overview:
We are looking for a Resident Engagement Lead to join a Housing Service. This role will support senior management in enhancing tenant engagement, ensuring tenants and leaseholders have a strong voice in our decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and deliver the tenant engagement strategy.
Ensure compliance with the Social Housing Regulator Consumer Standard.
Develop infrastructure for meaningful tenant engagement.
Build strong relationships with tenants and leaseholders.
Lead and support a team of Tenant Engagement (TE) officers.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in tenant engagement within the regulatory framework.
Ability to work with diverse resident groups.
Proven track record in managing resident engagement activities.
Strong leadership and influencing skills.
Experience in developing and implementing engagement strategies.
Essential Skills / Experience:
Strategic leadership in resident involvement.
Support and capacity building for tenant representatives.
Enabling tenant groups to scrutinize housing services.
Managing engagement or communication activities in social housing.
Understanding of Social Housing Regulatory Requirements.
Effective relationship building and communication skills.
Facilitating activities with large groups.
