Resident Engineer - Substations

Are you a resident engineer who has worked on infrastructure projects?

Do you come from a civil/structural design background?

Location: Coldstream
Rate: £350-£400 day - Outside IR35
Contract length: 12 months

This role is supporting a consultancy that is undertaking the civil design of substation elements on behalf of Network Rail.

They need a resident engineer to be based on the project to undertake assurance of the build compared to design.

This role would suit someone who has worked as a resident engineer, project engineer, Clerk of Works, or employer's agent previously.

Experience of substations from a civil aspect would be ideal but would consider anyone with a civil or structural design background.

Previous Network Rail experience would be advantageous.

This is a site-based role in Coldstream, and the role has been deemed outside IR35.
