RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL

Respected firm are looking for a Paralegal to provide a quality and comprehensive conveyancing service with a customer service focus. As part of an established team, you will have prior experience and knowledge of the entire Conveyancing process.

You will have a minimum of 1 year's experience working in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running with a variety of residential property matters, particularly in sales, purchases, and remortgages.

• Educated to degree level
• Completed LPC or SQE 1
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Able to work to strict deadlines and in a pressurised environment
• Attention to detail is essential
• IT literate

• Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages and re-finances including properties in companies
• Buy to Let (including Company) purchases and re-finances
• Registration including Companies House and Land Registry
• Drafting and filing of SDLT returns
• Experience in drafting reports on title and reports on mortgage
• Dealing with replies to pre-contract enquiries
• Drafting lender standard documents (e.g. mortgage deeds/guarantees)
