Are you a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor seeking a new challenge?

Our clients close-knit, diverse, and friendly Residential Conveyancing Team is seeking a highly skilled solicitor with a strong ability to connect with people. You will be joining a fantastic team with a collective 85 years of post-qualification experience! Your role will involve working alongside the team to support conveyancing tasks while managing your own caseload. You will utilise your excellent interpersonal skills and legal knowledge to provide clients with up-to-date, accurate advice on the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, as well as Landlord and Tenant transactions, including negotiated leases.

Is this the position for you?

1. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (or the ability to demonstrate equivalent skills)
2. Proven experience in providing exceptional customer care within a legal setting
3. Qualified and eligible to practise as a solicitor in England
