Residential Property Associate

A top 100 law firm is currently seeking a Residential Property Associate to join their team in South West London.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Deeds of Variation of Leases
• Transfers of Equity

• A qualified Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer (3 years' PQE plus)
• Strong technical expertise in residential conveyancing
• Initiative, enthusiasm, and commercial awareness
• A team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
• A proven ability to meet fee and time targets
• A strong track record in business development and marketing
