Residential Property Solicitor/Head of Department

We are seeking a 5+ PQE Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to join our growing Residential Property team. About the Firm: Recognised by Chambers, we offer a supportive environment with flexible and hybrid working options.

Job Role: As a Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload, including but not limited to:

1. Managing residential property transactions from start to finish, including instruction through to completion.
2. Providing high-quality service in all aspects of property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of residential property transactions.
2. Conduct effective communication with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders involved in the conveyancing process.

Looking For:

1. Qualified Conveyancer (CLC, CILEx, or Solicitor).
2. Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential.
3. Strong communication and client management skills.

Location: This Residential Property Solicitor role is based in the firm's Shrewsbury office, ideally located in Shropshire. Flexible working options are available.
