H&C Solutions are delighted to be working alongside a stunning five-star hotel which is set to open their doors in summer 2025. They are seeking a professional Restaurant Manager to work in their contemporary brasserie which celebrates the very best of European produce. The FOH team will be responsible for the 80-cover restaurant, al fresco terrace dining and two private dining rooms.

Restaurant Manager Benefits:

1. A competitive salary package of £60,000 to £65,000.
2. They offer a 45 hour contract.

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

1. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who is confident, passionate, and has a proven track record of employment with award-winning restaurants.
2. The ideal candidate for the Restaurant Manager position will be someone who is actively involved, excels in on-the-floor operations, maintains a positive attitude, and possesses strong entrepreneurial skills.
3. This position is ideal for an experienced Restaurant Manager interested in joining an innovative new project, or for an Assistant General Manager prepared to accept a temporary reduction in title with the opportunity for future advancement within one of London's most renowned hotels.
