KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- MASTER RETAIL DESIGN FUNDAMENTALS: Express and interpret the brand's image, values, and sense of purpose; understand and incorporate the specificities of the market; understand the customer path and rules of shopper experience; lead designs effectively, considering the associated technical complexity.
- DESIGN CUSTOMER-CENTRIC RETAIL CONCEPTS: Enhance the brand's visual identity to create customer-centric retail concepts; create and design visual concepts that align with a consistent customer path, including O+O elements; ensure high-quality standards are met.
- DELIVER OPERATIONAL IMPLEMENTATION WITH EXCELLENCE: Adapt the retail concept based on the distribution channel or customer profile; ensure technical and legal compliance during production; effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders; manage projects efficiently, adhering to timelines and budget, while aligning with the head of RD.
- ACT AS A BUSINESS DRIVER: Negotiate with retailers regarding implementation plans.
I REPORT INTO: Head of Retail Design
MY CORE KPIS ARE:
- Align installation timelines with the communicated timelines - Achieve 100% adherence to the communicated installation timelines.
- Deliver realistic designs in alignment with the brand codes and market needs - Deliver the most relevant POS.
- Ensure effective management of capital expenditures (CAPEX) - Maintain a consistent and flat CAPEX management.
- Promote sustainability practices within the organization - Achieve a sustainability score of 100% by implementing and maintaining sustainable initiatives.
MY DELIVERABLES/OUTCOMES ARE:
- Deliver best-in-class installations.
- Guarantee the respect of the brand guidelines.
- Guarantee the respect of budgets.
I HAVE IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF:
- Proven experience and passion in luxury retail design.
- Completed a bachelor's degree in a design-related field (architecture, interior design, product design, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of design tools such as SketchUp and AutoCAD, as well as Microsoft programs.
- Detail-oriented and systematic in approach.
- Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in a premium retail environment, understanding the customer journey, and demonstrating commercial and marketing fundamentals understanding.
- Responsive and communicative.
- Enthusiastic and innovative, willing to try out new ideas and processes.
