We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Retail Marketing Manager to support the International Senior Marketing Manager in executing global retail marketing initiatives. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the success of Oura's retail marketing programs by coordinating efforts across teams, managing key deliverables and channel campaigns, and maintaining seamless communication with partners.

What you will do:

  1. Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of retail marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  2. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for the production, installation, and maintenance of POS displays and other retail marketing materials.
  3. Asset Management: Manage the creation, distribution, and updating of marketing assets, ensuring consistency across physical and digital platforms.
  4. Retailer Support: Serve as a point of contact for retail partners, addressing inquiries and supporting their merchandising and promotional needs.
  5. Event Support: Assist with planning and executing retail marketing events and activations, coordinating logistics and materials as needed.
  6. Performance Reporting: Track and compile campaign data, assisting in the preparation of performance reports for key stakeholders.
  7. Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to support strategic decision-making.
  8. Localization Assistance: Collaborate with internal teams to adapt marketing materials for international markets, ensuring cultural and language appropriateness.
  9. Budget Assistance: Support budget tracking and invoice processing to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  10. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, paid media, lifecycle, and product marketing) to align on objectives and project timelines.

We would love to have you on our team if you have:

  1. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in retail marketing, project coordination, or a related field, preferably in consumer technology or lifestyle products.
  2. Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  3. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  4. Creative Eye: Basic understanding of design principles and experience working with creative teams to develop marketing materials.
  5. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
  6. Analytical Mindset: Comfort with data analysis and reporting to evaluate campaign performance.
  7. Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (French, German, or Spanish) are a plus.
  8. Flexibility: Willingness to occasionally travel internationally and accommodate different time zones for global collaboration.
