Job Title: Retail Operations Executive

Location: London (Hybrid working available)

Reporting To: General Manager, Global Retail Operations

Where we need your help

The Retail Operations Executive role is an exciting opportunity to help support our stores around the world. The Retail Operations team is a key service provider to our Store and Head Office teams - driving efficiency, problem solving and enabling our stores to deliver exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for an operationally confident, action orientated person to join our high performing team. You will own our key support channels, ensuring our store teams have exactly what they need to deliver incredible service, whilst balancing improvement projects and longer term goals. Being able to get consensus and actions from others, as well as being a high performing contributor yourself is key to success in this role.

What you'll do
  1. Own and manage the Retail Operations Service Desk, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  2. Own Retail Operations actions across a variety of projects, such as store openings, new technology roll outs and policy launches. You'll be doing everything from coordinating deliveries to designing and implementing new processes while putting our Retail Teams first.
  3. Own communication to our Retail Teams through regular updates, newsletters and maintaining our intranet ensuring information is timely, accurate and easy to understand.
  4. Provide hands-on support in our stores for training, new store openings, operational projects and new initiatives.
  5. Drive Health & Safety compliance across our Retail network, ensuring our stores are safe places to work.
  6. Represent the interests of our Retail Teams in a variety of cross functional meetings and projects, championing the way forward that delights our customers and works for our teams.
  7. Contribute and support Retail Operations improvement projects - always searching for ways to improve our current processes and ways of working.
  8. Work across different disciplines, this is a varied role and the projects will span across many different areas. Whether it's technology, training or operations, you'll be confident in problem solving and taking action to move things forward.
  9. Provide support to the wider Commercial team as needed with projects or tasks.

Additional Requirements

Ability to document your authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.

Travel Requirements

Regular travel to our UK Retail Locations and London Head Office, occasional international travel.
