RF Electronic Warfare Engineer - Bristol/Stevenage
Location: Bristol or Stevenage (Relocation support available)
Salary: £48,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience)
Working Pattern: Hybrid - Average 3 days per week on-site
RF system design, integration, and testing for electronic warfare payloads.
Requirements management, including decomposition and validation.
Overseeing hardware transition into production (environmental testing, qualification, certification).
Technical collaboration with suppliers and cross-disciplinary teams.
Development and application of RF performance models.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Strong background in RF systems, signal processing, and EW techniques.
Knowledge of radar systems, electronic countermeasures (ECM), or integrated air defence.
Experience with SysML, DOORS, or Rhapsody (or similar model-based systems engineering tools).
Understanding of algorithm design, implementation, and validation for EW applications.
Eligibility for UK security clearance (must be a British Citizen or dual UK national with British citizenship).
