Risk & Controls Officer

At KFH, we are looking for a risk and controls officer to join our Financial Services team in Wimbledon.

Are you Full CII MP, CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified? Are you an experienced competent Mortgage and Protection Adviser or Quality Case Checker? Do you have experience in forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues? We're looking for an individual that can collaborate with others, share their knowledge and skills. You will report into our Risk & Controls Manager.

Responsibilities of a risk and controls officer include:

1. Conduct regular case sampling of business submitted by consultants.
2. Provide timely and constructive feedback to all consultants on completion of an advice review, identifying trends and ensuring that remedial work is completed within the appropriate timescale.
3. Collate and provide periodic reports to the Risk & Controls Manager to be used for consultant and adviser profiling.
4. Ensure that the outcome and results of all advice reviews undertaken are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Conduct regular customer outcome calls to evidence customer understanding in line with the principles of FCA Consumer Duty.
