Robotic Automation Specialist

About the role:

The continued growth and success of JCB machine sales has resulted in an unprecedented opportunity for machine servicing and products in a highly competitive landscape. To drive our continued and future success in this area we need an experienced professional who can lead all RPA activities within JCB Service.

The RPA Specialist will be responsible for supporting sales growth programs and improving internal operational efficiencies utilising UiPath software.

This will be suited to you if:

• Strong analytical mindset underpinned by business experience ideally within the aftersales market to propose and construct solutions to steer and grow the business.
• Process driven comfortable working with both sales and operational processes.
• Experienced in UiPath or similar.
• A growth mindset with a drive to succeed.
• High levels of interpersonal confidence and self-awareness to lead the deployment of RPA within JCB Service.
• Showcase process automation to employees across the business, identify & deploy new opportunities to drive growth and improve internal efficiencies.
• Able to work both independently and part of a wider team.
• Comfortable setting and delivering on deadlines in a fast paced ever changing business environment.
• High level of initiative, continuously looking to improve the level of service delivered to JCB Service.
• High level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, SAC, Business Warehouse and Data Visualisation Tools.
• Driven by achieving challenging goals and in working in cross departmental teams.
