Job Description

The RPA Developer & Support Engineer will be responsible for developing automation scripts, managing bot deployment, and providing technical support. This role ensures the reliability and security of automation solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure RPA workflows using UI Path, Blue Prism, and Power Automate.
• Ensure compliance with Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
• Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize automation scripts.
• Provide post-deployment support and maintenance.
• Conduct testing to ensure bot accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in RPA development and support.
• Strong knowledge of automation scripting, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with APIs, AI/ML integration, and database management.
• Certifications: UI Path Developer / Blue Prism Developer.
• Must hold SC clearance.
