Job Description

RPA Test Analyst

Role Overview:
The RPA Test Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of automated workflows through comprehensive testing.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for RPA implementations.
2. Validate workflow logic, accuracy, and automation reliability.
3. Work with developers and business analysts to refine test criteria.
4. Ensure testing follows AGILE and Waterfall methodologies.
5. Document test cases, report defects, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Skills & Experience:

1. 3+ years in requirement analysis and testing for automation solutions.
2. Strong understanding of workflow-based logic and business process automation.
3. Experience with UIPath, Blue Prism, or equivalent RPA platforms.
4. Excellent written and communication skills for clear test case documentation.
5. Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving.
6. Must hold SC clearance.
