RTA File Handler - Blackburn - Obtain a Training Contract/SQE

For this role, we are looking to appoint an experienced file handler to the credit hire team.

Responsibilities include:

1. Handle a caseload of credit hire to RTA cases
2. Responsible for small claims, fast track and exposure to multi track
3. Collecting evidence, witness statements and court hearings
4. Running a litigated caseload of claims
5. Submitting claims to the MOJ/OIC Portal

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of experience at a law firm
2. Experience as a file handler for a litigated caseload
3. Experience in running a caseload of RTA to credit hire files
4. Ability to run fast to multi track cases
