Rural Surveyor - Senior/Associate

Location: Lincolnshire / East Midlands

An independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, Land Agents, and Valuers is seeking an experienced Rural Surveyor to join their well-established and growing team. This firm specialises in rural property and estate management, offering a diverse and rewarding career path for the right candidate.

The Role:

This position provides a balanced mix of rural estate management and professional consultancy work, covering:
️ Landlord and tenant matters
️ Agricultural consultancy
️ Property valuation
️ Planning and development
️ Renewables
️ Agency and other rural advisory services

The Ideal Candidate:

The firm is looking for a motivated and professional individual who has:
MRICS/CAAV qualification (ideally with 5+ years post-qualification experience)
A strong understanding of rural estate management
Confidence in direct client reporting and independent working
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong IT proficiency and attention to detail
A full driving licence and own vehicle
