£82,400 - £103,000 per annum Indemnity paid GMS contract 6 weeks leave Supportive Team

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Salaried GP to work in a medium sized surgery, which has a good CQC report and is very ambitious for its future.

The local population demographic is very standard with 2 care homes under their care, with a dedicated support system for this.

The very experienced GP Partnership are looking for an experienced and personable doctor to join part of this welcoming and friendly team. They have minimal staff turnover.

Appointments are 10-15 minutes long and GPs have dedicated and blocked off admin time in addition to administration support with e-consult and admin staff. The practice is ideally looking for an open minded GP who is happy to work collaboratively and they welcome suggestions and ideas on future development.

Home visits are kept to a minimum and usually only 1 per day and there will be 2 duty sessions per week, as part of a 6 session week with a full multi-disciplinary team and good support and organisation.

The clinical and non-clinical teams are long-standing, compassionate and understand the needs of their patients. They are incredibly supportive, coherent, and forward-thinking.

Your role -

• 6 sessions ideal, with flexibility on the days.
• Controlled workload - 26 total contacts, including morning triage calls. All appointments 10 - 15 minutes.
• Working closely with a long standing team and 2 experienced partners.
• Opportunities to develop special interests.
