Salaried GP - South Kings Lynn

£72,000 - £108,000 per annum Indemnity paid + GMS contract + 6 weeks leave

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Salaried GP to work in a small rural surgery, which has a good CQC report and is very ambitious for its future.
The local population demographic is proportional with a sizeable elderly population.
The very experienced GP Partnership are happy to provide support to newly qualified GPs and very much welcome experienced doctors to join part of this welcoming and friendly team.
Appointments are 10-15 minutes long and GPs have a GP assistant to help with admin. The practice is ideally looking for an open-minded GP who is happy to work collaboratively and they welcome suggestions and ideas on future development.
Ideally a car driver, due to where the practice is situated. Home visits are kept to a minimum and usually only required in urgent circumstances, where you will always have another healthcare professional in attendance with you.
The clinical and non-clinical teams are long-standing, compassionate and understand the needs of their patients. They are incredibly supportive, coherent, and forward-thinking. No on duty required.

Location - South Kings Lynn

Your role -

• 6- 8 sessions ideal, with flexibility on the days.
• Controlled workload - 30 total contacts, including morning triage calls. All appointments 10 - 15 minutes.
• Working closely with a very experienced GP partner.
• Opportunities to develop special interests.
